Getting rid of large unwanted items can be a pain. Whenever you need to get rid of something, your best bet is your local city office (Kuyakusho). Your taxes help keep this service running and they will take away most large items for a reasonable fee. However, there are certain items that the city office won’t accept such as refrigerators, washing machines, TV’s, pianos, computers, tyres and car batteries. Price:

We will collect any unwanted items that the city office is unable to accept.

We will then bring the items to the recycling centre. The price will be 6,000 yen plus tax for our delivery fee of your items from your residence to the recycling centre. The recycling fee for the items are

• Refrigerators up to 170L:  ¥3,800 ~
• Refrigerators over 170L: ¥5,000 ~
• Washing machines / Dryers: ¥2,500 ~
• TV’s : ¥2,800 ~
